PRWG at the Spring Agora Magusa

During the last Agora, you had the chance to meet and see Isa and Samir from PRWG board :-)! While Isa was presenting the Activity Report, Samir got in touch with many people from the network to chat about public relations matters! Besides, Isa was hard working to keep the Agora M(eye) Blog up to date! Thank you Samir and Isa for representing PRWG! :-)

PR-Material request from AEGEE-Zagreb

PRWG could finally act in its supportive manner again :-) With pleasure the board send some PR material to the board of AEGEE-Zagreb who asked for some support in public relations matters. We provided some material about a pr-strategy, dealing with media and journalists as well as basics about public relations understanding. In case you also have a question or a concrete request, ask us and we try to help you anytime :-)

Digitalising Publications - Meeting in Enschede!

Maybe you once surfed aegee.org and found the page of AEGEE's publications? They are not complete nor is anyone accessible to read or download. This shortcoming PRWG started fighting! Last year, a couple of old publications, such as old Key to Europe's and old News Bulletin were scanned. Now it is time to work on the scans and make them nicely looking for you :-) Maurits (AEGEE-Enschede/PRES2 Krakow participant) and Nadine (PRWG) met in Enschede to take stock, share duties and agreed on the publish-standard of the scans. Both are convinced that the scans will look awesome when they are ready :-) So, stay tuned for the results! Good luck and many thanks, guys!

PRWG realises M(eye) Agora Blog again!

For the Agora Magusa, PRWG is working on realising the Agora Blog again :-) Isa from the board and Verena Schmidt from HRWG are taking care on it during the Agora. The chair will link the blog with the message wall from facebook, so that you are always up to date what's going on at the Agora!
An open call was issued to call for editors, who contribute actively during the Agora. New this time, we plan to have people responsible writing about specifics slots to guarantee a good level of information throughout the entire Agora for all people of the network who cannot be there.

Key to Europe - published after the Agora!

Latest news about the new Key to Europe! After we missed the deadline of sending it to the printing house (25th of March), through reasons we also dont know definitely, the idea to distribute the Key at the Agora cannot be kept! According to the latest credible information we got, the design has to be done completely new and the process will start this weekend! Further information are not known yet, but we hope that the new Key can be send after the Agora with the next General Mailing to you :-) Thanks goes to Veronika Zagar, our editor-in-chief for all information and her hard work for the next Key!

Agora Magusa - meet Isa and Samir! :-)

Isa and Samir are taking the chance to represent PRWG at the upcoming Agora in Magusa! When you have any questions or you are interested in a small chat about public relations in AEGEE, feel free to get in touch with Isa and Samir! :-)

Evren - our hero!

Thank to Evren, the Secretary General in the CD, the correct version of the Activity Report of the PRWG is compiled in the AR-booklet for the Agora! By accident, Nadine sent the wrong file and only by the attentive reaction from Evren, a catastrophe could be prevented! Thank you Evren - our hero! :-)

Key to Europe - more news!

The work on the new Key to Europe is going into its final phase! Initially planned to be ditributed at the Agora, it becomes more and more certain that the final version will be send to you with the General mailing after the Agora. The deadline for the printing house could not be kept (25th of March), since first the layouter went sick and then the editor-in-chief. We are on it for the latest news for you! :-)

imPRESsive - PRES2 Krakow

Yes, WE CAN! 24 great participants, 6 fabulous trainers, many many genius local organisaers from AEGEE-Krakow (for example, Mirek, Tomek, Magda, Kubus, Kuba and many more!) made this PRES2 an unforgettable and inspiring training course! One week, we learned about public relations on the European level, enjoyed plenty of discussions, demanding group work and relaxing parties! There is much to tell about this week and what made it so special! But one thing is certain: the right people met at the right time at the right place! :-) Much much more stories are to be told, so stay tuned for more news when we start to "Shout out loud!"
